The Living in Wellness: A Capacitar Manual for Families, Caregivers and People with Cancer (54 pages) gives simple wellness practices to help people live with wellbeing as they deal with cancer and chemotherapy. Practices can be used for self-care for caregivers, as caregiving tools for family members and for use by those with cancer. The energy practices are tools to boost immunity and resistance, to alleviate some of the physical and emotional symptoms, and to increase energy and stamina. Available in English or Spanish (2006).
